Key Responsibilities Source and identify candidates for early childhood education roles across Australia. Manage and update recruitment systems (e.g., Loxo) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information. Draft engaging job adverts and recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality candidates. Format CVs / resumes to meet client standards and assist in pre-screening candidates as required. Proactively communicate with the team about potential candidates and make suggestions to improve sourcing efforts. Qualifications and Experience Previous experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, preferably with exposure to the Australian job market. Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working with recruitment software and technology tools.
