Work optionsHybridOur Planning & Buying team is on a mission to find an analytical and forward-thinking Retail Buyer. This role is responsible for creating and executing Merchandise Buying strategies for DTC channels, across Footwear, Apparel, and Accessories. This role supports our Full Price, E-commerce, and Outlet channels to maximize sales and profitability, through optimising assortments ranged and bought for.
- So, what goes into making that happen?
- Manage Buying activity across Footwear, Apparel, and Accessory categories, supporting all decisions with data.
- Deliver product strategy while collaborating with DTC, Planning, Product, and Marketing to ensure alignment.
- Lead DTC Seasonal Ranging Process, including Product Selections and final Range Presentation.
- Quantifying each Seasonal Buy for Full Price and E-Commerce, aligned to Option and OTB targets provided by Planning.
- Providing Buy quantities for Out of Cycle Ranges within OTB and Option targets.
- Providing monthly Merchandise Plans before the beginning of each season, aligned with Product Lifecycle requirements.
- Providing Visual Guidance highlighting the VM plan for each month.
- Liaise with Outlet Planners to Buy and Release product for Outlets, ensuring a balance of commercial Merchandising with Aged Clearance.
- Present End of Season Review Product Analysis, to support future season strategy.
- Present Monthly Best Sellers, with insightful commentary and actions for future growth in addition to deep dives into Product and Sales data.
- Evolve Product-Based Reporting and Systems.
- Share Trade results information with DTC Network, to drive sales results in Stores and Online.

- Proven experience in a Retail Buying / Allocations role.
- Demonstrated experience in monitoring, developing, and driving category performance.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with experience in dealing with multiple internal and external audiences.
- Proven ability to ideate and roll out process improvements cross-functionally.
- Excellent analytical skill set, with the ability to identify opportunities and performance from data.
- Intermediate - Advanced excel skill set.
- Driven, organized, and proactive individual who can manage their workload in a fast-paced and agile environment.
